3. Server Listings
Server owners who list their servers on Hytale Universe agree to the following:
- All server information provided must be accurate and truthful
- Server owners are responsible for the content and community conduct of their listed servers
- Servers must comply with Hytale's terms of service and applicable laws
- Servers promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content will be removed
- We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion
- Server owners must maintain accurate contact information
4. Voting System
Our voting system allows users to support their favorite servers. Users agree to:
- Vote honestly and not manipulate voting results through automated means
- Not use multiple accounts to artificially inflate vote counts
- Accept that vote manipulation may result in account suspension or server delisting
- Understand that voting cooldowns are enforced to maintain fairness
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or server communities
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation
- Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code

The Hytale name and logo are trademarks of Hypixel Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting content to Hytale Universe (including server descriptions, reviews, and comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
8. Premium Services
Premium features and subscriptions may be available for purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features at any time with notice to existing subscribers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
